Interesting concept - I am looking forward to your future articles on this topic. There are several benefits to this approach for the companies involved. I would have a few questions about how the pooling works. For one, do any or all members companies have full access to the pooled IP, or do they need to license the IP from the pool? If they license, do they get consideration for the amount of IP they contributed to the pool? Maybe some others have questions as well!

One-Blue's services are open to all companies. The large companies have pooled their IP related to Blu-Ray into One-Blue but they are not the only beneficiaries.

This is quite encouraging news. Will they also provide good patent licensing to small and medium scale organization?
