What alternative is there to jet fuel for running a jet engine?  Or do you mean he will use another form of transport other than jets?

@Gerry, thanks for sharing this video. I am glad to know that FedEx is trying to reduce the aircraft emissions by 30%. I am curious to know what plans do they have to achieve this target ? What other alternative fuels are they considering ?

Dependency on oil for powering those engines has been a subject of debates over the years, we are still at the same point. There's a challenge in getting a viable and relaible source for the alternatives coupled with confidence in financing/funding of them no growing.  

Any other means probably faster transporting than jets? I would say its replacement not on the sight in decades.
