"Its good to see we are Both on the Same Page here. SMBs have many strengths but just feel this One-Man Show business is'nt one of them."

Asish, you are right. It can be a family business too

Ashish,

"You have to handle them when they are Good and also when they are bad."

Don't forget that if they are good, or bad is the sole result and responsibility of their parents. Kids have no idea of good and bad. They have to be taught.

As discussed so many times with you, not everyone is capable of being a good parent. This will reflect in the upbringing of the kids. Don't blame the kids, blame the parents for being bad parents. Not everyone should have kids either.

The ones who want to be parents should go to parent school as you go to university when you want to become this or that. What makes people think they can create a life form irresponsibly, without knowledge of what to do with the creature?

"That is usually the case in SMBs. Its a One-Man Show at the Top who takes all the Key Decisions. The Company Lives and Dies by his Words here."

Ashish, I meant exactly the same thing.

"Again the situation arises here as to who exactly Decides the Priority (of what gets fixed when)? Is it the Same CEO/Owner/Founder who controls most of the Decision-making in the Enterprise? If Yes,Then Believe me When I say this -Things are very, very complicated in that kind of a One-Man Show world"

Asish, in unorganized companies, final decisions are from a single person. Unless and otherwise, it's a trust or having governing bodies, decisions are from single person.
