Yes people, planet and profits are the three P's that an organization must stand for. But mostly the profit takes the lead and planet gets the last position.

Great article and I am glad you posted the link to Smith & Associates recently published a step-wise case study.  I will take a look at this to understand more about the topic as we do not really discuss this much in my present company.

Most of the organizations these days do not realize the importance of three P's. They should know that once there is a strong relationship between the employer and its employees within an enterprise then it will be easy for them to simultaneously achieve their desired goals and earn profit.
