The tough job of being a manager
anandvy   7/30/2014 1:56:44 AM

What managers need to do besides automation is ensure customer and company relationships without any middlemen or any contractors that may harm the relationships.  Automation, although creates great opportunities, but for controlling of the systems need highly qualified people, not the average run-of-the-mill labour, and therefore we?re looking at increased labour charges, which is not a big deal given the managers are already panning their resources to make the market ready for more influx of qualified people.

@dakohole: Mockery isn?t going to help us around here folks. The electronics industry has hit a low since 2013 and because of this existing business models are being changed. What we?re looking at is not good, because the market is growing with more number of customers available, but technology is changing at an alarming rate for electronics supply chain to cope up with.
