ENGLEWOOD, Colo.-- Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a business segment of Arrow Electronics Inc. (NYSE: ARW), today announced an agreement to distribute Emerson Network Power’s broad portfolio of enterprise data center infrastructure management solutions in the United States.
Under the terms of the agreement, Arrow is authorized to distribute the Emerson Network Power real-time infrastructure optimization Trellis™ platform that enables the unified management of the data center’s IT and facilities infrastructure, allowing for unprecedented insight and action to achieve optimal data center performance.
Arrow also is distributing the Avocent® Universal Management Gateway, a data center appliance that enables true, real-time, integrated monitoring, access and control across IT and facilities systems in the data center. The gateway makes it possible for data centers to execute a unified approach to infrastructure management resulting in greatly reduced cost and more efficient management and control.
