I know that organizations are scrambling to find talented supply chain folks. THis poll puts this question in mind: would any of the above offerents for training etc. make you more likely to work for an organization? It also occurs to me that this would be a way toward building talent from within rather than trying to hire it. What has your experience been in that area?
