@Susan, I agree...and in today's competitive business climate organizations need to find ways to demonstrate clear business benefit. The brand enhancement arguement isn't enough to encourage them ot make the investment. I'd be interested in hearing from everyone: Where were th biggest benefits to sustainability activities in your organization? How were the results communicates both up the organization to leadership and down to everyone doing implementation?
