Indeed, Nemos, very interesting question. Equally interesting are the answers. Such a tight poll. :D 

I would like to know what kind of breakthrough have in mind those who chose that option.

It seems that as we are heading to the limit that today knowledge and technology allows us to create chips that at the same moment increases the cost so I strongly believe that is both combined, as the best answer.
