There is a commitment, what do you expect more? Have a  look, the majority of the value of our manufacturing sectors in the GDP is Aerospace and Defense followed by high profit automotive sector. The Aerospace and Defense sector is already protected by Dual Technology laws and Defense Industry laws and government purchases, the domestic automotive industry has been protected and financed by the USA too. It's the other industrial sectors which don't get the same level of  protection from the USA government that are at risk.
