There is a new competitor, maybe. After all they are doing a strong recovery in terms of strategy, positioning and product: I mean Blackberry from RIM. Till a a few months ago, it was unpredictable, but I would share within the community, some opinions about how we can consider Blackberry in the arena and its impact for Winphone by 2015.

Thanks Bolaji, I got it now, it is a very clear picture. If you are a player in the sector, it is mandatory to be there for volumes and for allowing people to recognize your logo, your products (including other sectors) and so on.

You have to give it some time though. The GS3 now is what everyone is praising in spite of the iPhone. If Samsung can maintain the steam they have now into the next few devices, it might be a possibility.

Charle,

I could say the very same things about Apple too! Don't forget that Samsung also has won some Legal battles against Apple!!!

My belief is this issue will be decided in the marketplace and not Court-room and its extremely clear that Samsung is winning here!

Snippet from a news article:

"Apple scored a sweeping legal victory over its South Korean competitor in August when a jury found Samsung had copied critical features of the iPhone and iPad."
