The use of Near Field Communication for payment purposes scares me. I don't see much security in that. Banks want to roll it out because it is quick and easy.
PIN --- infact, NFC scheme has been critised by many security experts as well, researchers from universities about its security. Banks and telecoms operators are much eager to roll NFC payment system out. What of its security? That remains a tough task to provide answers to.
@Clairvoyant, i agree with that. There were questions raised by different IT experts and security guys still unanswered. How have they integrated security features right from the outset to convince users enough?
