@Hawk, The contagious debt and fiscal crisis seems to be contained for the moment and this may be due to the actions taken by the EU Central Bank and the rate cuts you cited. Like other economic segments, high-tech will necessarily be impacted if the situation is not contained and if consumer sentiments fails to rise.
