On 09/12/12 I made the post to an industry forum below ... Since then I have heard from several companies that understood my point of how unfair it was to be on a list of companies that bought from Visiontech.
If Visiontech ... FOOLED YOU ONCE! (and you then returned the product due to quality issues) OR ...
Even if Visiontech ... FOOLED YOU MORE THAN ONCE (and you notified your customer (and/or) issued your customer an RMA and returned that product too)
THEN HERE IS YOUR CHANCE ... Think about it, your company name is on a list which is basically lumping you in with "some" companies that probably knowing trafficked counterfeit product
In many peoples eyes (over 50,000 OEM & CEM buyers and management personnel who have viewed the ebnonline.com blog) ... YOU ARE ALREADY GUILTY AND PART OF THE PROBLEM
THOSE DAMN INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS AND BROKERS ...THEY ARE THE PROBLEM
(ISN'T THAT THE PRESS THAT THE FRANCHISES ARE PROPAGATING?)
Why not let our community know ... Visiontech tried to deceive you! ... You would not stand for it! Your were professional enough, ethical enough to not allow it. You did the right thing and protected your customer !
Why not make a post below saying ... Yeah we bought from Visiontech ... they fooled us once, but we would not give in to the greed and temptation of screwing our customer for profits?
ACCORDING TO THE LIST PUBLISHED ON THE EBNONLINE.COM WEBSITE BLOG ... THERE ARE 1101 COMPANIES THAT PURCHASED FROM VISIONTECH !!
I HOPE BY NEXT WEEK THIS POST WILL HAVE 1101 POSTS FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES SAYING ...
YES, WE BOUGHT FROM VISIONTECH ONCE OR MORE ... BUT WE PROTECTED OUR CUSTOMER AND RETURNED THEIR PRODUCT ... WE ARE NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM!!

Thanks to the few of you who pointed me in the right direction for the list of companies who bought from Visiontech and MVP (and their other companies).
The list is a bit overwhelming at first but I would think (hope) the list is a bit unfair to many of the companies on the list.
Why, the old saying ... Fool me once, Shame on YOU! ... Fool me twice, Shame on ME!
I would like to see the list of companies that bought from Visiontech and MVP on more than one occasion. I would think those are the companies that either do not know how to properly inspect product or knowingly engaged in the trafficking of counterfeit products.
They seem to be the companies that the government needs to go talk to ... and see if they notified their customers of the substandard parts and issued RMAs.
Here is the link to the list of both Visiontech & MVPs customer ...
