I adore Apple, its product and people working there. I am enthralled when I open new Apple product, most advanced and ultra green. I always learn new lessons from this. So much to learn from great efforts by Apple.

Why people miss this basic logic?

@Rich, i'm not sure of whether or whom is in charge of SER at Apple. The top brass listed on thier leaderhsip page doesnt' include someone specifically tasked with it though: http://www.apple.com/pr/bios/

Only Apple? What about others?

@Kevin: Why use Apple brand name to make your post more visible? Why not try to generalize it across different industries and compare and constrast.

I have strong feeling is that Apple should be leader among the pack and may be doing much more advance things.
