Expanding business globally is a need of time but it's not easy to transform supply chain operations all of a sudden for international market because manufacturing of a product in an outside market require greater investment and chances of risk will be larger.

Do organizations really need globalization for manufacturing? To me, big organization are bringing back manufacturing to country of design.
