Alex Pohorily Alex Pohorily is a Customer Solutions Program Manager for the FlexPod services team at Avnet Technology Solutions in Tempe, Arizona. He also serves as a Social Media Content Manager for the Avnet Tech Games. He has been in supervisory and technical roles at Avnet since 2008. Prior to working at Avnet, Alex worked in the restaurant industry for over ten years where he held several positions and gained invaluable customer service and leadership skills leading to management roles. Alex looks forward to someday serving on the board of directors at a technology company where he can make influential decisions and help support positive development in the world.
Alex holds both a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Master of Science in Information Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. While attending the Ken Blanchard College Business at Grand Canyon University to obtain his MBA, a professor introduced Alex to Avnet where he has enjoyed working ever since.
Digital photography, PC gaming, and being a huge Apple fan are a few of Alex's hobbies. He likes making people feel comfortable with the ever evolving technology world and prides himself in recently helping his grandmother set up her own Facebook account. Due to educational and personal experience, Alex believes there is a technology solution to almost any challenge in the world.
