I think this evolution is a very positive change that has so far been taken on by the society. It is basically about taking advantage of tech advances toward our own benefit and that is achieving a healthier lifestyle. The more we feed our health cloud, the bigger the chances of us monitoring our health and managing our health regime better as a result.

With the increasing trend of social media usage, taking care of one's health has since become an increasing habit. Some users are honestly on a journey to be better whereas others are simply doing it for the sake of social media attention. Regardless of their true motive, their usage of mobile health apps contributes greatly onto this growing sector. This is a positive outcome so far and it is a good way to encourage higher participation to support good health.
