I think that engineers secretly love being thrown a challenge - after all they work towards solving problems for a living. Their brains are just wired towards thinking of something that would help to fix or improve a situation isn't it? I reckon that we could get a lot more things solved in companies by having an engineer stationed in each department. Not sure how the engineer would take to being in a room of creatives with no technical expertise though! Haha!
