This is looks pretty attractive. But there two significant attributes to it.

Who really needs rto invest so smuch so?

Who will pay for it?

I suggest author to do techno-commercial analysis. It is nice to have everthing best, but then there is limit on finanace. And bottom line is profibility. How much enhaced profit will it bring? Can this be invested in other better avenues?
