It is always highly advisable to know what has already taken place in the industry for the many years before. It would help us greatly on how high of an expectation we should be pinning on the sector and what needs to be done differently. The past sets a benchmark for all businesses and it is up to them to make careful decisions on what to be followed or otherwise.
