It was precisely for the environmental and atmospheric changing conditions that you mention exist that DHL tested the parcelcopeter in challenging geographies and weather conditions. 

It's a very good point that you mention about the size of the parcel playing a role. If parcelcopter technology proves to be successful and efficient logistic companies might start producing different sizes of parcelcopeters to cater the different needs in size parcels. 

Do you think this could help in making deliveries more efficient and faster?

The airspace remains less congested and better coordinated than any other means of transportation. However, it's not completely free from environmental and atmospheric conditions. I also believe that the size of parcel may also hinder the wide use of this technology in the case of bulky stuffs.
