I would actually like to know how the logistics and shipping networks are being affected by all of this because it's certainly not just the computing and components industries that are being faced with this pressure to perform faster and better. Consumers can be extremely demanding when they want something and are willing to pay for it!

Very insightful article! I completely agree with all of your points, but especially #2 - embracing digitization. As a confessed tech junkie, this is something I've been telling business owners to do since the dawn of the Internet. Too many business owners are stuck in 1989. Yes, even electronics manufacturers ... how's that for irony?
