@Jim, can you say more about losing the premium? What's causing it? Is it a good thing or bad?

If the premium for a nimbly delivered product isn't much more than that of the standard long-pipe product, the nimble product will always win.

I think we are losing the premium.

I suppose it all boils down to cost and price the market is willing to bear.  People are always willing to pay more for a customized product that is delivered quickly if that is something of value to them.  However I fear most of us want everything too cheaply and that normally dictates a lower cost rigid supply pipe.
