It took me a long while to find out just what I was passionate about doing and I'm glad that I've found it running my own business. There's really no feeling in the world knowing that you can call the shots and that your decisions make a difference in the company. I'll always be grateful for having been given an opportunity to start my own self storage facility and hope that I will continue to remain passionate about the industry in time to come!

It does not matter where you work at but what matters most is the type of character you display while at work. If you are the type of person who feels that the company owes you a living, you will feel a strong sense of self-entitlement. This would simply encourage that poor work attitude from within you to get exposed. This group of employees is often the ones feeling depressed having to spend half of their lives at work and that they barely have time for leisure. This is why work-life balance is strongly encouraged to be supported by employers to ensure to bring out the best in their employees.
