It does not matter where you work at but what matters most is the type of character you display while at work. If you are the type of person who feels that the company owes you a living, you will feel a strong sense of self-entitlement. This would simply encourage that poor work attitude from within you to get exposed. This group of employees is often the ones feeling depressed having to spend half of their lives at work and that they barely have time for leisure. This is why work-life balance is strongly encouraged to be supported by employers to ensure to bring out the best in their employees.
