Today, competition is extremely tight whereby there are too many service providers out there to meet a smaller percentage of demand. Thus, we have to admit that it is actually a buyers' market which makes them king of the industries! For those businesses which fail to meet their expectations, they can expect to meet their doom in no time.

It's quite scary to think about how much companies are pushing their executives due the demands of the customers, only because as a customer myself, I know that I will always want more from the companies that I buy things from. People will never be satisfied - they will always want things faster and better. it's up the businesses to figure out how to give them that without spending too much on improving their services!
