Before 2018, and the truth was not easy. And 2019 began with changes, I hope it will go on. I work in a digital Agency in a small town and it is very difficult to develop it there. We have only recently heard about digitalization.  The whole previous year I was nervous and worked overtime, from this I got a lot of health problems. I was advised to do massage therapy to improve health and the result was not long in coming. Within a few weeks I began to feel much better.
