Introducing an automated AR system would be beneficial to both the company as well as its customers. It simply provides them with convenience and a quicker turnaround rate. This is something that every business looks forward to implement in order for them not to worry about receiving money for the services rendered.

I reckon that there are a lot of these accounting tools that are available these days for business owners to manage their books. I would be honestly quite surprised if people did not do more to utilise such systems and software to try and get a little bit more functionality in their administrative office. It would seem silly not to leverage on such tools when they are so readily available if you ask me! And like you're said - even the customers have something to gain from it, so it's a win-win situation!

Manual business document processes keep customer service representatives (CSRs) from focusing on their primary concern: the customer. Automating those processes can greatly improve the customer experience and the bottom line.
