The new generation is very disenchanted with jobs and careers in a lot of these perceived-to-be menial industries. I think that there is a very big shift of these millenials to other industries which is further draining on the number of professionals who are around to help build the business. And what happens? This is why we need to automate manufacturing and in the end, all the people who are stuck in it will suffer.
