I agree that neural networks have their advantages and disadvantages, it seems to me that they are definitely worth implementing but we need to keep it slow. Education people who work with AI-controlled machines is one thing. The other is their cost. Not every business can afford to experiment with machines. Besides, thousands of employees will lose their jobs at once.  Another point worth mentioning is the efficacy of neural networks. Let's take text generators as an example. Yes, you can set the algorithms retrieved from a huge database (sentence structure, length, stylistic devices, linking words, punctuation etc.) but when I needed content for my blog I used all top 10 google results for "text generator online" and received literally zero fine results. So I copied these texts and asked online writers to rewrite & edit them. If you need to do the same, you can find someone to help with text editing here: https://essaypro.com/write-my-essay.html. What I want to say is that AI is an excellent concept but we need to be careful with it and at the moment AI-produced texts need an additional human touch.

Machine learning is obviously going to have its own set of pros and cons to both the company as well as to workers in general. Should employees be afraid that their job might be taken by AI in the near future? Previously, humans need to teach/program AI to perform certain tasks, but now there is machine learning which does not need human intervention. Is this solution really bringing the company more benefits in the long run with as minimal human manpower as possible?
