Obviously if you're thinking of spending money on implementing something new in your business system, you would have weight the costs and effects of having done so. I reckon that you would be able to see a very huge improvement in your efficiency in order to go forward with such an implementation.

What is far more important than cost? Obviously we would have to focus on whether or not what we implement would definitely work. This is far more important than coming up with the complex calculations that we would have to fork out eventually regardless of the end results. Thus, we might as well have the desired results delivered since we will be paying for it anyway.
