It's not only the technology trade and export industry that will be affected isn't it? Everything is linked if you think about it. Just a little bit of a tax war and you'll see everything jumping in prices and lo and behold, we'll be in the next depression because nobody can afford anything anymore. Even those I'm neither American nor Chinese, you can be sure that we're going to feel it where we are too..

Both countries involved comprise of huge markets that distribute to global companies in various sectors. Hence, it is not surprising that the tension between them would most definitely affect the supply chain scene on an international level as well. When one entity of a supply chain dies down, the rest of the entities in production would eventually follow suit. This is exactly what is currently happening and everyone would feel the pinch.
