Isn't that figure a positive finding to know that the locals actually prefer locally-produced goods? Who else is there to support home-grown products and services if it isn't the locals themselves? Show our support by showing we care enough about local produce and services.

I think that a lot of people like the idea that something that they are using in their household is home-grown. I mean I would love to know that the produce in my pantry storage was locally grown - there's just that much pride in it. It makes you feel like it's worth the price you're paying when there's that extra aspect of pride in  the product eh?
