Future Electronics Adds Support Feature

MONTREAL –- Future Electronics is pleased to announce they are providing complete customer support including shipping during the last weekend of the calendar quarter.

During the weekend of September 23rd-25th, Future Electronics will be fully operational in every region, from the US to China. Working with their logistic partners, Future Electronics will be able to receive orders and ship during the weekend, so orders are delivered on Sunday or Monday morning.

“The end of calendar quarter is often a hectic time for our customers as they strive to meet production deadlines and end customer demands. We recognize that Future Electronics can help reduce some of the supply chain stress during this period, which is why we have decided to open our three distribution warehouses during the last weekend of the quarter so customers anywhere can order and receive goods that might otherwise cause a production delay,” explains Bruce Jones, Global Market Corporate Vice President for Future Electronics.

Customers placing orders on Saturday for a Monday delivery have two choices: they can contact their Account Manager directly or they can order online at www.FutureElectronics.com. To ensure web orders are picked and shipped for Monday, customers should insert ‘Weekend’ into the customer part number field in the shopping cart prior to checkout. Customers placing orders on Saturday for a Sunday delivery can only do so via their Account Manager. All orders placed on Sunday must be placed directly with their Future Account Manager.

Jones adds, “Future Electronics is fully committed to providing service excellence. This is just one more way we enable our customers to be more successful; with the deepest inventory & the best customer support in the world at their disposal, there is no reason why quarter end production commitments can’t be met.”
