    Megan, customers are looking for an end to end solution for their requirements; starting from selection of items to final delivery and replacement of fault components. For them it's a tedious process to appoint for different set of vendors for each stage; Its time consuming and costly also.

    Thanks for the information Megan. I think there should be a portal where the company listens to the business ideas (that involves supply chain) and incorporates them in the marketing philosophy. I can relate to at least some of the points listed there, including “Sourcing hard to find parts” which really is concerning because a healthy percentage of consumers do not like to change a device which they think is working perfectly, and if something goes wrong with the device they cannot get the appropriate support from the company.
