    @Brian, thanks for the graphic. Analytics has definitely helped the companies take lead in the supply chain. Its also important for the companes to be agile and flexibile so that they can adapt to new challenges they face.

    @anandvy: There are so many tools. Try Cliq View. That is a great tool which I came across recently.

    absolutely there are many companies that works only on analytics tools, they also have customized toools. They have great demand. Some I came across are Marketelligent and Capillary Technologies. I was amazed to see the kind of reports that can be generated.
