On Sunday, March 12, the panelists will explore hot-button issues across local, national and global economies in which government is a boon to innovation – and when it runs the risk of disrupting disruption.

Cuban, no stranger to pushing boundaries and rewriting regulatory rules, and Lyons, who was recently named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and whose company The Zebra is disrupting the highly regulated and complex insurance industry, will share their own experiences and their insights into whether and how government leaders and regulation are impacting tech and industry innovation, and what independent organizations and consumers can do about it.
