@Ruth, thanks for the blog. Very informative. Time management definitely helps us to improve our productivity. The first lesson in time management is we need to understand the concept behind "first things first". We have so many tools/apps available on the smartphone/tablets which can help us to implement our time management plan very effectively.

I can thoroughly recommend the tip for getting up and about every half hour.

@FLYINGSCOT, I totally agree with you. Its a very good idea to take small breaks inbetween our work. This really helps us to relax our eyes and our mind. It would be great if you can do some small stretching exercises.

I can thoroughly recommend the tip for getting up and about every half hour.  It is all too easy to sit at your desk for hours at a time and that can result in severe long term back problems.
