It is indeed scary for industries to compete in such a rapidly evolving digital era. At the same time, they should take the opportunity to upgrade their products and services to stay up to date. This would enable them to be on par, if not the leading service provider catering to the latest demand. Without advancements, they could gradually grow to become obsolete and get shut down for good.

NO RATINGS

I run my own business and although I haven't been in operation for that long, I know the meaning of staying relevant and up to date! If you don't put in a little bit of effort to do that, you're going to lose customers very quickly. Even the most loyal of them will jump ship when you are not longer able to provide to them something that will meet their needs. That example of Kodak is classic. And see what happened to Nokia when they were unable to keep up with the curve? Don't let that happen to you!
