Bond and market
EdwardThirlwall   2/26/2019 8:26:25 PM

An open house is always a good idea not just to bond with your customers, but it also becomes a platform for you to market your products and services. It is like killing 2 birds with 1 stone without you having to actually fork out additional costs. It also enables the different visitor groups to understand better what you actually do and whether or not they make up part of your target audience.

I feel so motivated reading the first paragraph of the success of your company. As a new business owner myself, I hope that one day I'll be able to grow my own business into something that has a day of its own for celebrations amongst my peers in my industry!

really good idea
nathandavidson   11/5/2018 8:42:06 AM

I think it's actually a really good idea to want to hold an open house for your customers to come tour your premises. It's nice to get your customers to have a little insight on your operations as it will help to reassure them on your quality and dedication to your product care and services! I imagine that there would be quite a number of people who would just want to come and see how things work and how your operations are run too! Could be a very good way to gain your consumer confidence in so many ways!
