    While I can see the obvious benefits of automation in a business perspective, I think that there are still a great number of people who will remain stubborn and resist implementing a technical solution into their business. I reckon that we need to find more ways to teach these people so that they can see that the change doesn't have to be too hard and difficult!

    We can already start to see that various processes have already started being automated in several industries. This is obviously a plus point for consumers as we can rest assured that our orders won't be jeopardized. However, how does this automation progress affects industry players and its team members? In the long run, do consumers need to even worry about service which would eventually lose its personal touch as responses are basically pre-programmed?
