NEWBURYPORT, Mass. — Rochester Electronics has expanded its continuing manufacturing and support services of obsolete and active MIL-STD-883 and MIL-PRF-38535 integrated circuits for military and aerospace applications. Through its Extension-of-Life ® products and solutions, Rochester continues to manufacture National Semiconductor’s 54AC00/QCA (5962-8754901CA), Intel’s 87C51 (pictured) and Texas Instruments’ UA733M/BIA (8418501IA) to MIL-STD-883 and MIL-PRF-38535 specifications.
“With MIL-STD-883 and MIL-PRF-38535 certifications in place, Rochester Electronics is able to step in as a fully-authorized manufacturer of semiconductor devices suitable for use within military and aerospace applications,” said Rochester’s Quality Manager, Eric Falconer.
