Princeton, NJ – Zycus, a world leader in Procurement Technology solutions across the source-to-pay cycle, announced today that it has, once again, been positioned in the Leaders quadrant of the latest Gartner Magic Quadrant for Strategic Sourcing Application Suites.
The Gartner Magic Quadrant published on February 4th measures competing solution providers on two vectors: completeness of vision and ability to execute. Zycus has been recognized as a Leader for the second consecutive year and has been positioned the highest for ‘ability to execute’. We believe this recognition reflects Zycus’ ability to delight customers and facilitate their return on investment through relationships, services, policies and programs. Customer Experience is one of the key variables for Gartner to measure vendors on their ‘ability to execute’.
“The procurement solutions landscape has changed rapidly and dramatically over the past year, with the Gartner MQ Leaders quadrant for our category showing just half the number of competitors compared to 2013,” observes Zycus CEO and founder Aatish Dedhia. “We believe our continued – improved – leadership positioning validates the core values we hold here at Zycus. It is gratifying to know our customers are willing to share their experiences with independent researchers such as Gartner and plan to further expand their use of our integrated procurement suite. In the coming years, we hope to continue this leadership both in execution and vision. We feel being at the helm of the integrated source-to-pay phenomenon is going to be a key focus area for Zycus, moving forward.”
